Chronic Pain Rehabilitation

We aim to educate our patients on how pain works and how you can change the way it affects you

Chronic Pain Rehabilitation deals with treatment of pain lasting longer than a normal episode of an acute injury lasting months to years. It is estimated that more than 25% of people in developing countries have some form of chronic pain. This type of pain can interfere with your activities of daily living, work and leisure activities. Using an education and movement approach to therapy can help you take control of your pain and assist you in returning to your prior level of function.

At the Community Rehabilitation Clinic we aim to educate our patients on how pain works and how you can change the way it affects you. Combined with education, exercise and other therapeutic interventions can help you get back to doing the things you love doing.
