The Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions Foundation was established in 2009 with the mission to advance the quality and accessibility of healthcare.  The PT Clinic staff is comprised of licensed clinicians and students from Rocky Mountain University, Brigham Young University, and Utah Valley University.

The PT Clinic is open to all community members. It offers service to clients of all ages in a safe and inclusive environment without regard to economic status, race, religion, ethnicity, gender, or sexual orientation.

The PT Clinic offers a broad range of rehabilitation services. If your service is not listed on the website, please call our office to verify if we are able to provide treatment for your issue.

To schedule an appointment please call the PT Clinic at 801-375-5041. If you are a new patient you will be asked to complete our new patient intake form. All clients are first scheduled for an assessment and if it is recommended, will be scheduled for treatment or may be placed on a waitlist depending on our clinic availability.

After the evaluation, the clinician will make recommendations and if they include additional treatment, we will work collaboratively with any other providers.

Yes, we provide teletherapy services for some treatment plans.
